Q: How long will my order take?

A: I'm currently averaging 5 to 7 business days before shipping.

Q: How long does it take shipping?
A: I usually ship USPS first class mail which takes 3-5 business days. You can upgrade shipping to Priority Shipping which takes 2-3 days. Shipping time is not a guarantee and will change during holiday/busy seasons,

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Of course! Shipping time varies due worldwide shipping delays

Q: Do you have sales?
A: Yes, sign up for our newsletter to receive first looks and to see when our next sale will be.

Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Not yet.
Q: Can I put my cup in the dishwasher/microwave?
A: It depends, if its a mug then yes, they are dishwasher and microwave safe If it's a glass cup or tumbler handwashing is best. Glass cups are made using permanent vinyl, putting them in high heat places when loosen up the detail and start to peel. Stainless steel tumblers are double walled and putting them in a dishwasher can cause the temperature control to malfunction.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get tracking info so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!

Q: Do you offer custom or personalized items?
A: Yes! Many of our products can be personalized. If you're looking for a special touch, just check the product description for personalization options.

Q: Can I send my order as a gift?
A: Totally! Just mark it as a gift at checkout. We don’t include pricing in the package, and you can even add a gift note.

Q: What’s the best way to care for my can glass or tumbler?
A: Hand wash only, please! It helps keep your glass cute and your design looking vibrant.

Q: What fits inside of the zipper pouches?
A: cards, lip balm, change and more.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: We want you to love your order. If something’s off, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. Personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Sometimes! If something you love is out of stock, sign up for back-in-stock alerts or shoot us a message—we’ll let you know if and when it’s coming back.
